I'm pretty proud of the dolly and the sled, all hand made of course. ( actually I'm pretty proud of the whole thing!) The only thing I didn't make myself is the sleigh. I bought that ( in a basic form) from Hobby Lobby; the embellishments, though, are mine.
Santa is about 13 1/2 inches tall, just for scale reference

I am going to enter him in a contest first-- one of the prizes is an invitation to join the professional art doll guild. that would be a big coup. I'm going to enter more than one dolls as well..so here's hoping.
just entering the contest will start getting me some exposure on a couple of web sites so that's good.
